If so, we want to hear from you! Our Future in UNiSON is a project incubator that supports community organizations and individuals working to improve educational attainment in our region.
We are looking for projects that:

Are collaborative and involve the community, businesses, and educational institutions.

Are feasible and can be implemented in less than a year.

Align with Our Future in UNiSON's goal of increasing educational attainment in Anson and Union counties by 16% by 2030.
If you have an idea for a project, please fill out the Project Submission form. We will review your project and provide feedback. If your project is approved, we will provide you with support to help you implement it.
Project Process
A member organization has an idea for a project that may be implemented in less than a year and requires community collaboration.
The idea is researched and refined to ensure that it is feasible and aligned with UNiSON's goals.
The project is submitted to the Core Team for approval using the Project Submission form.
The Core Team reviews the project and provides feedback. If the project is approved, it moves to the next step.
An implementation team is selected to oversee the project. This team may include representatives from member organizations, the Core Team and other stakeholders.
The project is implemented by the team. This may involve securing resources, planning and executing the project.
